The beauty of Alana De La Garza has left an impression on the screens of small sizes. In the year 1976, De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mother in Columbus Ohio. In no time she was moving to Texas to pursue her degree in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas only a short time prior to moving to Orlando Florida. She took part in many different kinds of roles in acting, such as commercials and local independent movies. Even with the minor roles, she discovered that acting was her love. Then she moved into New York in 2001 and she got her first role in the role of Rosa Santos on All My Children, a daytime soap. During early 2000s the small part she played was appearing on JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she was offered her first big series part on the short-lived drama The Mountain. De La Garza, who played Maria Serrano on The Mountain was fortunate to have starred alongside a number of the notable TV stars, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget and Mitch Pilegget. In 2006 she was also cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She was on for 85 of the episodes. In the following seasons, she was a part of The Law & Order: LA brief-lived sequel. De La Garza was nominated numerous times for her role in the show, including Best Supporting Actress in Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. In 2008, she was awarded an Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. In the next few days, De La Garza was cast on CSI Miami in a recurring role. She was Marisol Delko's wife and David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. In the role of Dr. Lena Solis, she appeared on NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm. The series was cancelled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is Italian and has a 10-year-old younger brother named Cory. Her family was the strict, religious home of her family. Milano launched her acting career at the age of seven years old after her babysitter accompanied her for an audition. Out of more than a thousand applicants, she was chosen to be one of only four. Milano was featured in commercials both on Broadway and television, including the American musical adaptation that portrayed Jane Eyre.
